I just want to know how people use the Amber Diceless rules. When I look online I sometimes see canon Amber stuff but some games that look nothing like Amber.
Tell us what you have done!

Good question. I usually think of Amber when I read ADRP, but I have used similar rules for other settings.
* I did a science fiction camapign about a disaser on a space station.
* I did a non-Amber game of similar philosophy but different characters.
* I tinkered with a Star Wars version, with Force instead of Psyche.
* I've been playing with a Dresden Files version of ADRP.

Our diceless games have mostly been Amber, but with the elders merely as NPCs in the periphery. PCs are related somehow to some Amberite, but they don't spend their time hanging out with that person. It gives us someone to consult occasionally (if we don't bug them too much and tick them off) but puts the main emphasis on PCs as problem solvers. In addition, I noticed that some things we encountered sounded sort of like Amber powers but were given different names by our DM just to keep us on our toes.

I like the diceless concept (I hate cheating with dice and my dice rolls are bad... consistently bad). My friends and I often adapt the same type of diceless system to other settings. Pretty much anything I run as a GM is diceless, except for Legend of the Five Rings and ExMachina.
