While I appreciate The Complete Amber Sourcebook, I question much of what I read.
1. Unlike the Neil Randall books, I don't get the sense that Roger had real input here.
2. When reading entries, I get the sense that a lot of details provided by Krulik are generic and not specifically tied to any entries from the Amber books. The quotes used are overwhelmed by non-canon material.
3. I get the sense that the "complete" sourcebook is less than complete, or at least poorly organized. There is, for example, and entry about "Blue Crystal Stones" alphabetically placed under B but no mention of the true name Tragolith (spelling?). Amber fans looking under the correct name can't find the entry unless they look for "blue". Strange.

I didn't like the book. It just didn't seem much like Amber. It was full of things that didn't resemble the series.
